Attendance Incentives. 1. Attendance Incentives. Educational Support staff that are 12 month employees with perfect attendance will receive an annual attendance incentive of five hundred dollars ($500). Educational Support staff that are 12 month employees with up to two (2) days missed will receive an annual attendance incentive of two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250). Days missed that shall count against an employee’s attendance incentives shall include both sick and personal days, but not vacation days. Educational Support staff that are 11 month employees with perfect attendance will receive an annual attendance incentive of three hundred seventy five dollars ($375). Educational Support staff that are permanent part-time employees with perfect attendance will receive an annual attendance incentive of one hundred dollars ($100). Education support staff that are permanent part-time employees with up to two (2) days missed will receive an annual attendance incentive of fifty dollars ($50). Days missed that shall count against an employee’s attendance incentives shall include both sick and personal days, but not vacation days.

Attendance Incentives. (a) In the event that absences from work pursuant to the provisions of this clause during the month of December in any year are less than 2% of the total number of ordinary hours rostered to be worked by permanent Employees during that month, all permanent Employees will be given a $60.00 Kmart gift voucher. In the case of part-time Employees, the amount of the voucher will be determined on a pro rata basis in the same proportion as the number of ordinary hours worked each week as compared to thirty-eight (38). (b) If in the first six (6) months of any year an Employee is absent from work pursuant to the provisions of this clause for less than half of a rostered shift, then such an Employee will be given a $75.00 Kmart gift voucher. (c) An Employee who has qualified for a gift voucher pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of this sub-clause, and who is absent from work pursuant to the provisions of this clause for less than half a rostered shift in the second six (6) months of the same year, will be given an additional $120.00 Kmart gift voucher.
Attendance Incentives. Attendance of teachers shall be incentivized according to the following scale:
Attendance Incentives a. All employees who use no sick time, injured leave, leave of absence or other unpaid status in a calendar year shall be entitled to three (3) paid commendation days off, exclusive of any other paid leave to which they are entitled under this Agreement. b. All employees who use no sick leave in any rolling six (6) month period shall receive a paid day off for such period(s), exclusive of any other paid leave to which they are entitled under this Agreement. c. All employees who use no sick leave, leave of absence or other unpaid status in any six (6) month period measured from January through June or July through December of each year shall receive sick leave incentive pay in the amount of three hundred ($300) for each such period. Such incentive pay shall be exclusive of any other sick leave benefits provided to employees under this Agreement. d. The time or times when commendation days and sick leave incentive days under subsections (a) and (b) above are taken shall be subject to the approval of the Commissioner based upon his reasonable determination concerning staffing and operational needs.
Attendance Incentives. A. The school lunch association members will be eligible to receive an attendance incentive based upon the following criteria: 1. Three day’s pay, or $300.00, whichever is greater, for perfect attendance 2. Two days’ pay, or $200.00, whichever is greater, for one day absence 3. One day’s pay, or $100.00, whichever is greater, for two days absence Perfect attendance will not be excused from the following: 1. personal business 2. sick time 3. deduct time 4. short and long term leave Jury duty and bereavement days are not subject to the above. School closings and snow days will not affect your attendance. Perfect attendance is based on the actual assigned working days of staff members beginning on the first day of the school year to the last assigned working day at the end of the school year. The amount is to be paid as a stipend and not to be added to the salary of the employee.
