Common use of Attorney Authorization Clause in Contracts

Attorney Authorization. Class Counsel and Defense Counsel separately 9 warrant and represent that they are authorized by Plaintiff and Defendants, 10 respectively, to take all appropriate action required or permitted to be taken by 11 such Parties pursuant to this Agreement to effectuate its terms, and to execute 12 any other documents reasonably required to effectuate the terms of this 13 Agreement including any amendments to this Agreement.
