AUDIO-VISUAL EDUCATIONAL RELEASES Sample Clauses

The AUDIO-VISUAL EDUCATIONAL RELEASES clause grants permission for the use of a person's likeness, voice, or performance in educational audio-visual materials. Typically, this clause allows organizations, such as schools or training providers, to record and distribute videos or audio recordings featuring individuals for instructional purposes, whether in classrooms, online courses, or public educational campaigns. Its core function is to ensure legal clarity and consent for the use of personal images or performances in educational content, thereby protecting both the content creators and the individuals featured from future disputes over usage rights.
