AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS Sample Clauses
The AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS clause defines the specific technical and equipment needs related to audio and visual components for an event, meeting, or production. It typically outlines what types of microphones, projectors, screens, sound systems, or other AV equipment must be provided by the venue or organizer, and may specify setup, testing, and support requirements. This clause ensures that all parties are clear on the necessary resources and responsibilities, thereby preventing misunderstandings and technical issues during the event.
