Audit Authority. The Financial Audit Committee (hereafter EDEL) shall act as the Audit Authority. EDEL is an entity at General Directorate level within the General Secretariat of Fiscal Policy, within the Ministry of Finance. EDEL is supported by two Directorates: the Audit of Co-financed Programmes Directorate and the Audit Planning and Evaluation Directorate. The Head of the Audit Authority reports to the Secretary General of Fiscal Policy of the Ministry of Finance.
