Audit Compliance. If Grantee expends $750,000.00 or more in state awards during each any of Grantee’s fiscal years of funding, Grantee must have a single or program-specific audit conducted for that year in accordance with UGMS. If applicable, Grantee shall complete and return the Audit Reporting Form no later than September 1 of each year until the Contract is terminated.
