Common use of Audit Costs Clause in Contracts

Audit Costs. In the event of an audit exception or exceptions related to the services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the party responsible for not meeting the requirements set forth herein shall be responsible for the deficiency and for the cost of the audit.
