Common use of Audit Inspection of Records Clause in Contracts

Audit Inspection of Records. The following provision applies to each Approved Service Order in addition to the requirements of Section 15 of this Agreement. The Director may require the Consultant to produce other records the Director reasonably determines are necessary to accurately audit the Consultant’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement – including, but not limited to, determining compliance with labor and FAA requirements. If the Director requires the Consultant to produce other records, the Director must give the Consultant a reasonable period to produce such other records. If the Consultant does not produce the other records within the period fixed by the Director or within any extension of time granted by the Director, the Consultant must pay the City $25.00 each day that it is late in producing the other records.
