Common use of Audit of Asset Representations Reviewer Clause in Contracts

Audit of Asset Representations Reviewer. [Reviewer] will permit the Client and its authorized representatives to audit [Reviewer]’s compliance with this Section 6.9 during [Reviewer]’s normal business hours on reasonable advance notice to [Reviewer], and not more than once during any year unless circumstances necessitate additional audits. [Reviewer] will also permit the Client during normal business hours on reasonable advance written notice to audit any service providers used by [Reviewer] to fulfill [Reviewer]’s obligations under this Agreement.
