Audit of Records. Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records of all payrolls, expenditures, disbursements and other cost items charged to the City or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of four years from the date of final payment to Consultant. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow City representatives to inspect, examine, copy and audit such records during regular business hours upon 24 hours’ notice.

Audit of Records. At any time during normal business hours and as often as may be deemed necessary the Consultant shall maintain complete make available to a representative of a City for examination all of its records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement and accurate will permit a City to audit, examine and/or reproduce such records. The Consultant will retain such financial and program service records of all payrolls, expenditures, disbursements and other cost items charged to the City for at least four (4) years after termination or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of four years from the date of final payment to Consultant.
