Common use of Audit of Records Clause in Contracts

Audit of Records. Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records of all payrolls, expenditures, disbursements and other cost items charged to the City or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of four years from the date of final payment to Consultant. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow City representatives to inspect, examine, copy and audit such records during regular business hours upon 24 hours’ notice.

Audit of Records. Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records of all payrolls, expenditures, disbursements and other cost items charged to the City Corporation or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of final payment to Consultant. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow City representatives an authorized representative of the Corporation to inspect, examine, copy and audit such records during regular business hours upon 24 hours’ reasonable advance notice.

Audit of Records. At any time during normal business hours and as often as may be deemed necessary the Consultant shall maintain complete make available to a representative of a City for examination all of its records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement and accurate will permit a City to audit, examine and/or reproduce such records. The Consultant will retain such financial and program service records of all payrolls, expenditures, disbursements and other cost items charged to the City for at least four (4) years after termination or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of four years from the date of final payment to Consultant. All such records under this Agreement, whichever shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow City representatives to inspect, examine, copy and audit such records during regular business hours upon 24 hours’ noticefirst occur.

Audit of Records. Consultant shall maintain complete full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years, unless otherwise provided for in Exhibit A. Upon City providing twenty-four (24) hours advanced prior notice, Consultant shall make all payrollsrecords, expendituresinvoices, disbursements time cards, cost control sheets and other cost items charged records maintained by Consultant in connection with this Agreement available during Consultant’s regular working hours to the City or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of four years from the date of final payment to Consultant. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow City representatives to inspect, examine, copy review and audit such records during regular business hours upon 24 hours’ noticeby City.
