Audit on Termination. Upon expiry or termination of this Agreement, a Party may, if at such time it determines that such action is desirable, employ a firm of chartered accountants to make a report based on a complete and final audit of the books, records, and accounts kept by the Parties as provided in this Agreement, and all final adjustments between and among the Parties shall be made on the basis of such report. If the Parties disagree on the choice of a firm of chartered accountants, the matter will be submitted to the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement. The costs of such final audit shall be shared equally by the Parties.β
