Audit Opinion. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP has provided an audit opinion concerning the Company’s financial statements and schedules, if any, for the periods set forth in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus in such report and included or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus, has audited the Company’s financial statements and is an independent registered public accounting firm as required by the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States). Except as disclosed in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and as pre-approved in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 10A of the Exchange Act, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP has not been engaged by the Company to perform any “prohibited activities” (as defined in Section 10A of the Exchange Act).
