Common use of Audit Plan Clause in Contracts

Audit Plan. MCA-Malawi II shall develop and implement the Audit Plan for the audit of the expenditures of the entities that are subject to audit pursuant to the Audit Guidelines. The Audit Plan shall be in form and substance satisfactory to MCC and shall be developed no later than 60 days before the end of the first period to be audited.
