Common use of Audit Protocol Clause in Contracts

Audit Protocol. The PH-MCO must inform all Network Providers of the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Provider Self Audit Protocol which allows Providers to voluntarily disclose overpayments or improper payments of MA funds.
