Audit Reporting Deliverables. 1. Provider shall draft and deliver to the GLO one (1) final audit report including all identified issues, conclusions, and associated audit recommendations for the identified issues, areas of concern, and control weaknesses. The GLO audit team will review and edit the submitted audit report draft and Provider will review the revised report prior to finalization. The report shall be issued by the GLO and, as required by the Texas Internal Auditing Act, distributed to the Governor's Office, State Auditor's Office, Legislative Budget Board, and Sunset Commission. a. Provider may be required to conduct formal presentations of the audit findings for the GLO Acting Chief Auditor, GLO staff, and other relevant parties.
