Common use of Audit Results Clause in Contracts

Audit Results. If an audit by the Interconnection Customer or the Participating TO determines that an overpayment or an underpayment has occurred with respect to the other Party, a notice of such overpayment or underpayment shall be given to the other Party together with those records from the audit which supports such determination. The Party that is owed payment shall render an invoice to the other Party and such invoice shall be paid pursuant to Article 12 hereof. 25.5.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Article 25.5, the Interconnection Customer’s and Participating TO’s rights to audit the CAISO’s accounts and records shall be as set forth in Section 22.1 of the CAISO Tariff, and the CAISO’s process for remedying an overpayment or underpayment shall be as set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
