Audit Service Provider. The RMV shall conduct such audits of the Service Provider’s work as it deems necessary, which may include on-site audits at the Service Provider’s facility. The RMV will provide the Service Provider with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to said audit, which shall be performed with the reasonable cooperation of the requestor.
