Common use of Audit Services Clause in Contracts

Audit Services. 4.1. To the extent the Services described in clause 3 include audit services, the Service Provider will perform such audit services: 4.1.1. in accordance with the provisions relating to auditor appointment, independence and rotation in Part 2M.4 of the Corporations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (if applicable); and 4.1.2. in accordance with the code of ethics for professional accountants issued by the Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board (or equivalent overseeing body) including, without limitation, the requirements of APES 110 Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (as amended or replaced from time to time).
