Common use of Audit Software Clause in Contracts

Audit Software. As part of the Services, TCS shall, to the extent permitted under the applicable third party agreements, operate and maintain such audit software as Nielsen or Nielsen Agents may provide to TCS from time to time during the Term if and to the extent that: (a) such audit software is compatible with the Hardware and Software; and (b) TCS can perform such activities without adversely affecting the Services or the Critical Service Levels.
