Corrective action plans will be closed out as part of the service contract liaison process. The Official Agency will provide details of any external audits of its service covered by the Service Contract. The Official Agency will provide staff and all resources required to ensure delivery of service outputs/activity as outlined in Schedule 2. The annual allocation and use of all revenue (pay and non-pay) and capital resources will be submitted annually to a format specified by the Authority.
