Common use of Auditable Records Clause in Contracts

Auditable Records. Service Provider shall maintain accurate records of all fees billable to, and payments made by, SVCE in a format that will permit audit by SVCE for a period of no less than three (3) years from when a fee was incurred or a payment was made. The foregoing obligation of Service Provider shall survive the termination of this Agreement. For the term of this Agreement, upon SVCE’s written request, Service Provider shall provide SVCE with a copy of its annual American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Service Organization Control (SOC) 1 type 2 report and SOC 2 type 2 report (for all Trust Services Principles).
