The Auditing, Compliance, Reporting, and Accountability provisions stated in MOA section F shall apply to Additional Funds in the way they apply to Opioid Settlement Funds. 2. The coordination group established by MOA section E.7 and described in MOA Exhibit D shall have the same responsibilities with respect to auditing, compliance, reporting, and accountability provisions relating to Additional Funds that it has with respect to the Opioid Settlement Funds covered by the MOA.
