Auditor Controller Sample Clauses
Auditor Controller. Auditor-Controller" shall mean the Auditor-Controller, County of Orange, or designee.
Auditor Controller. The Auditor-Controller of the County of Los Angeles or an authorized representative thereof.
Auditor Controller. The StanCOG Finance Director, or his/her designee, shall be the Auditor -Controller for StanCOG.
Auditor Controller. The Board of Directors shall appoint one of its members (or designee) to be the Auditor/Controller for SCPSC pursuant to Government Code Sections 6505 and 6505.5, for the purposes of carrying out the actions required therein, including but not limited to, authorizing disbursement of SCPSC funds pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors. Further, the Auditor/Controller shall contract with a certified public accountant or a public accountant to perform a financial audit of SCPSC for each fiscal year of its operation. The annual financial audit shall not include an audit of operations, unless so designated by the Board of Directors. The Auditor/Controller also may, from time to time, designate another public employee or agent to act on his/her behalf with respect to the duties required herein.
Auditor Controller. The Authority Auditor/Controller shall be the CAA Treasurer as an officer of the Authority unless otherwise specified by the Board and consistent with the Act. The Authority Auditor/Controller shall perform such duties as are set forth in this Agreement and any other duties specified by the Board or as required by the Act and applicable law. The Authority Auditor/Controller may be combined with the Authority Treasurer to the extent permitted by the Act and other applicable law.
Auditor Controller. The Auditor/Controller shall be appointed by the Executive Committee. The duties of the Auditor/Controller shall be as set forth in Articles 17 and 18 of this Agreement.
Auditor Controller. The County and Court agree that the services of the Auditor-Controller will be provided to the Court and the County shall charge the Court for such services at rates that do not exceed the rates charged to County departments. The County and Court agree that the Court has full responsibility for payroll, accounts payable, and the general ledger for the Court.
Auditor Controller. The Finance Officer of the City and/or Auditor-Controller of the County shall be the Controller for the CCOG, as determined by the CCOG. The Auditor-Controller shall:
1. Draw warrants to pay demands against the CCOG when the demands have been approved by the CCOG and/or the CCOG Executive Director. The Controller shall be responsible for on the Controller's official bond for the Controller's approval of disbursements of the CCOG money.
2. Keep and maintain records and books of account on the basis of generally accepted accounting standards.
3. Make an audit of, or make available, all financial records of the CCOG to a certified public accountant or public accountant contracted by the CCOG to make an audit of the accounts and records of the CCOG as required by Government Code Section 6505.
F. Approvals The Executive Director of the CCOG and the Chairperson of the CCOG shall together have the power to approve the auditor demands against the CCOG. The Vice Chairperson of the CCOG shall be substituted in the absence or vacancy of the Chairperson. The Administrative Analyst shall be substituted in the absence or vacancy of the Executive Director.
G. Annual Fiscal & Compliance Audits Angels, or the County of Calaveras. (Refer to Sections 6661 and 6751)
Auditor Controller. The Authority Auditor or Authority Controller shall be the same officer or employee of the City serving as the Authority Treasurer. The Authority Auditor or Authority Controller shall perform such duties as are set forth in this Agreement and any other duties specified by the Board or as required by the Act.
(i) The Board may at any time select, employ, or appoint a new or different Authority Auditor or Authority Controller who shall be: (1) the auditor or controller of one of the Member Agencies; or (2) such other officer or employee of one of the Member Agencies as the Authority shall deem qualified to act as Authority Auditor or Authority Controller, so long as permitted by law.
