Common use of Auditor Reports Clause in Contracts

Auditor Reports. Within 15 days after receipt thereof but in no event later than September 30 of each year, a copy of all management reports and management letters prepared for Parent and its Subsidiaries (other than those management reports and management letters which deal solely with Foreign Subsidiaries) by Ernst & Young or other independent certified public accountants of recognized national standing selected by Parent and acceptable to the Agents.
