Audits and Adjustments. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Processor and Member Bank may audit all Transaction calculations and that Processor and Member Bank shall have the right, without notice, to make withdrawals, deposits, or other adjustments to or from the Settlement Account for any deficiencies or overages.
