Common use of Audits and Assessments Clause in Contracts

Audits and Assessments. WMATA may perform periodic audits of the Contractor’s facilities and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with WMATA specified standards. Contractors must cooperate fully with these audits and provide access to relevant documentation and records. Contractors will ensure the cooperation of any of their subcontractors in these audits and assessments if the COTR requests it.
