Authentication and Delivery and Dating. The Bonds shall be executed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company. The signature of any of these Officers on the Bonds may be manual or facsimile. Bonds bearing the manual or facsimile signatures of individuals who were at any time the proper officers of the Company shall bind the Company, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them have ceased to hold such offices prior to the authentication and delivery of such Bonds or did not hold such offices at the date of such Bonds. At any time from time to time after the execution and delivery of this Indenture, the Company may deliver Bonds executed by the Company to the Trustee for authentication; and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver such Bonds as in this Indenture provided and not otherwise. All Bonds authenticated for original issuance by the Company to the initial purchaser thereof shall be dated as of their respective Dates of Issue. All Bonds authenticated for any other purpose hereunder shall be dated the date of their authentication. No Bond shall be entitled to any benefit under this Indenture or be valid or obligatory for any purpose, unless there appears on such Bond a certificate of authentication substantially in the form provided for herein executed by the Trustee by manual signature, and such certificate upon any Bond shall be conclusive evidence, and the only evidence, that such Bond has been duly authenticated and delivered hereunder and is entitled to the benefits of the Indenture.
