Authentication and Delivery of Securities. Upon the execution and delivery of this Indenture, or from time to time thereafter, Securities may be executed by the Company and delivered to the Trustee for authentication, and upon delivery to the Trustee of all documents and certificates as required by this Indenture, the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and make available for delivery said Securities to the Company or as may otherwise be set forth in a Company Order without any further action by the Company.
