AUTHENTICATION AND DELIVERY OF THE TRUST SECURITIES CERTIFICATES. On the Closing Date and, if applicable, the Date of Delivery, as such term is defined in the Underwriting Agreement, or upon the occurrence of any of the events described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 503A, the Administrative Trustees shall cause Trust Securities Certificates, in an aggregate Liquidation Amount as provided in Sections 204 and 205, to be executed on behalf of the Trust by the manual or facsimile signature of at least one of the Administrative Trustees and delivered to or upon the written order of the Depositor, signed by its Chief Executive Officer, President, any Senior Vice President, the Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer without further corporate action by the Depositor, in authorized denominations.
