Authentication of Securities. The Trustee shall, at the written direction of the Transferor, authenticate and deliver the Investor Securities of each Series and Class that are issued upon original issuance to or upon the order of the Transferor against payment to the Transferor of the purchase price therefor. The Trustee shall authenticate and deliver the Transferor Security to the Transferor simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement. If specified in the related Supplement for any Series or Class, the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver outside the United States the Global Security that is issued upon original issuance thereof.
