Common use of Authentication of Trust Certificates Clause in Contracts

Authentication of Trust Certificates. (a) On the Closing Date, the Eligible Lender Trustee shall cause the Trust Certificates in an aggregate principal amount equal to $1,000 to be executed on behalf of the Trust, authenticated and delivered to or upon the written order of the Depositor, signed by its chairman of the board, its president or any vice president, without further action by the Depositor, in authorized denominations in exchange for the amount contributed to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.5 and $990 in cash payable by the initial Certificateholders on the Closing Date. Such Trust Certificates shall be designated as the Crestar Student Loan Trust 1997-1
