Authorisation Clause. By acceptance of this policy, the Principal Organization agrees to act on behalf of all Insured’s with respect to the giving and receiving of notices of Claim or Loss or termination, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notices provided for in this policy and each Insured agrees that the Principal Organization shall act on their behalf.
