Common use of Authorised Powers Clause in Contracts

Authorised Powers. Acceptance of this contract authorises ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ until the termination of the contract – to be custodian of the body corporate seal and records; to administer the funds of the body corporate in accordance with the requirements of the Act; to execute the administrative duties set out in the inclusions and optional services of this contract; to sign and seal notices and certificates on behalf of the body corporate; to open and operate a bank account in the name of the body corporate.
