Common use of Authorised Representatives Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representatives. 4.1 Unless otherwise limited as per clause 4.2 the Client agrees that should the Client introduce any third party to the Seller as the Client’s duly authorised representative, that once introduced that person shall have the full authority of the Client to order any Goods or Services on the Client’s behalf and/or to request any variation to the Services on the Client’s behalf (such authority to continue until all requested Services have been completed or the Client otherwise notifies the Seller in writing that said person is no longer the Client’s duly authorised representative). 4.2 In the event that the Client’s duly authorised representative as per clause 4.1 is to have only limited authority to act on the Client’s behalf then the Client must specifically and clearly advise the Seller in writing of the parameters of the limited authority granted to their representative. 4.3 The Client specifically acknowledges and accepts that they will be solely liable to the Seller for all additional costs incurred by the Seller (including the Seller’s profit margin) in providing any Goods, Services or variation/s requested by the Client’s duly authorised representative (subject always to the limitations imposed under clause 4.2 (if any)).

Authorised Representatives. 4.1 Unless otherwise limited as per clause 4.2 the Client agrees that should the Client introduce any third party to the Seller Contractor as the Client’s duly authorised representative, that once introduced that person shall have the full authority of the Client to order any Goods or Services on the Client’s behalf and/or to request any variation to the Services works on the Client’s behalf (such authority to continue until all requested Services works have been completed or the Client otherwise notifies the Seller Contractor in writing that said person is no longer the Client’s duly authorised representative). 4.2 In the event that the Client’s duly authorised representative as per clause 4.1 is to have only limited authority to act on the Client’s behalf then the Client must specifically and clearly advise the Seller Contractor in writing of the parameters of the limited authority granted to their representative. 4.3 The Client specifically acknowledges and accepts that they will be solely liable to the Seller Contractor for all additional costs incurred by the Seller Contractor (including the SellerContractor’s profit margin) in providing any Goods, Services or variation/s requested by the Client’s duly authorised representative (subject always to the limitations imposed under clause 4.2 (if any)).

Authorised Representatives. 4.1 Unless otherwise limited as per clause 4.2 the Client Customer agrees that should the Client Customer introduce any third party to the Seller TDD as the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative, that once introduced that person shall have the full authority of the Client Customer to order any Goods materials or Services on the ClientCustomer’s behalf and/or to request any variation to the Services on the ClientCustomer’s behalf (such authority to continue until all requested Services have been completed or the Client Customer otherwise notifies the Seller TDD in writing that said person is no longer the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative). 4.2 In the event that the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative as per clause 4.1 is to have only limited authority to act on the ClientCustomer’s behalf then the Client Customer must specifically and clearly advise the Seller TDD in writing of the parameters of the limited authority granted to their representative. 4.3 The Client Customer specifically acknowledges and accepts that they will be solely liable to the Seller TDD for all additional costs incurred by the Seller TDD (including the SellerTDD’s profit margin) in providing any Equipment, Goods, Services or variation/s requested by the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative (subject always to the limitations imposed under clause 4.2 (if any)).

Authorised Representatives. 4.1 Unless otherwise limited as per clause 4.2 the Client Customer agrees that should the Client Customer introduce any third party to the Seller Protrade as the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative, that once introduced that person shall have the full authority of the Client Customer to order any Goods materials or Services Services/Equipment on the ClientCustomer’s behalf and/or to request any variation to the Services on the ClientCustomer’s behalf (such authority to continue until all requested Services have been completed or the Client Customer otherwise notifies the Seller Protrade in writing that said person is no longer the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative). 4.2 In the event that the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative as per clause 4.1 is to have only limited authority to act on the ClientCustomer’s behalf then the Client Customer must specifically and clearly advise the Seller Protrade in writing of the parameters of the limited authority granted to their representative. 4.3 The Client Customer specifically acknowledges and accepts that they will be solely liable to the Seller Protrade for all additional costs incurred by the Seller Protrade (including the SellerProtrade’s profit margin) in providing any Goodsmaterials, Equipment, Services or variation/s requested by the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative (subject always to the limitations imposed under clause 4.2 (if any)).

Authorised Representatives. 4.1 Unless otherwise limited as per clause 4.2 the Client agrees The Customer acknowledges that should the Client introduce any third party to the Seller as shall (for the Client’s duly duration of the Goods) liaise directly with one (1) authorised representative, and that once introduced as such to the Seller, that person shall have the full authority of the Client Customer to order any Goods or Services on the Client’s behalf Goods, and/or to request any variation thereto on the Customer’s behalf. The Customer accepts that they will be solely liable to the Services on the Client’s behalf (such authority to continue until Seller for all requested Services have been completed or the Client otherwise notifies additional costs incurred by the Seller (including the Seller’s profit margin) in writing that said person is no longer providing any Goods, or variation/s requested thereto by the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative). 4.2 In If the event that the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative as per clause 4.1 is to have only limited authority to act on the ClientCustomer’s behalf behalf, then the Client Customer must specifically and clearly advise the Seller in writing of the parameters of the limited authority granted to their representative. 4.3 The Client Customer specifically acknowledges and accepts that they will be solely liable to the Seller for all additional costs incurred by the Seller (including the Seller’s profit margin) in providing any Goods, Services or variation/s variations requested by the ClientCustomer’s duly authorised representative (subject always to the limitations imposed under clause 4.2 (if any)).

Authorised Representatives. 4.1 Unless otherwise limited as per clause 4.2 4.2, the Client Buyer agrees that should the Client Buyer introduce any third party to the Seller as the ClientBuyer’s duly authorised representative, that once introduced that person shall have the full authority of the Client Buyer to order any Goods or Services on the Client’s behalf Goods/ Services, and/or to request any variation to the Services thereto, on the ClientBuyer’s behalf (such authority to continue until all requested Services have been completed completed, or the Client Buyer otherwise notifies the Seller in writing that said person is no longer the ClientBuyer’s duly authorised representative). 4.2 In the event that the ClientBuyer’s duly authorised representative representative, as per clause 4.1 4.1, is to have only limited authority to act on the ClientBuyer’s behalf then the Client Buyer must specifically and clearly advise the Seller in writing of the parameters of the limited authority granted to their representative. 4.3 The Client Buyer specifically acknowledges and accepts that they will be solely liable to the Seller for all additional costs incurred by the Seller (including the Seller’s profit margin) in providing any Goods/Services, Services or variation/s thereto, requested by the ClientBuyer’s duly authorised representative (subject always to the limitations imposed under clause 4.2 (if any)).
