Common use of Authorised Representatives Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representatives. 24.1 ▇▇▇’s Representative and main point of contact for this contract shall be such person as is notified by HEE to the Provider from time to time. Such person shall be the formal point of contact between ▇▇▇ and the Provider, shall participate in the Review Meetings referred to in NHS Education Contract v1.1 clause 27 and shall have power to bind ▇▇▇ as regards the matters which this contract contemplates shall be considered by them and the Provider's Representative. ▇▇▇ shall keep the Provider notified of the identity of ▇▇▇’s Representative. 24.2 The Provider shall identify a suitably qualified and senior employee of the Provider to be the Provider’s Representative. The Provider’s Representative shall be a person as is notified by the Provider to HEE from time to time. The Provider’s Representative shall be employed by the Provider in connection with the provision of the Services. The Provider’s Representative shall be the formal point of contact between the Provider and ▇▇▇ and shall participate in the Review Meetings referred to in clause 27 and shall have power to bind the Provider as regards the matters which this contract contemplates shall be considered by them and ▇▇▇’s Representative. 24.3 Each of the Provider and HEE shall nominate a contract management team(s) and shall procure that the members of such a contract management team(s) participate in review meetings relevant to their area of expertise.
