Common use of Authorised Representatives Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representatives. Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document required or permitted to be executed under this Contract, may be taken or executed: (a) on behalf of the Owner by _ or his designated representative; (b) on behalf of the Consultants or his designated representative.

Authorised Representatives. Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document documents required or permitted to be executed under this ContractAgreement, may be taken or executed: (a) executed for and on behalf of the Owner Consultant by _ the Project Director or his designated representative; (b) representative and on behalf of the Consultants Government by the Ketua Setiausaha, Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia or his designated authorized representative.

(30.1) Any action required or permitted to be taken, taken and any document required to be taken or permitted to be executed under this Contract, Contract may be taken or executed: (a) executed on behalf of the Owner Consultant by _ or his the Consultant’s duly designated representative; (b) representative and on behalf of the Consultants Client by the Client’s duly designated representative in each case as set out at the beginning of this Contract in the description of the parties or his designated representativeas otherwise notified to a party by the other party.
