Common use of Authorised User Clause in Contracts

Authorised User. An employee or Contractor of Licensee or its Affiliates, as identified on the Order Form, who (a) either has been issued with a password or other authentication or has provided Licensor with the IP address of each terminal from which access to the Services will be gained and (b) physically reports to and works at a Site or works at a Remote Location via a Secure Network.
