Authorities for Action. NOTICE Lessor and Lessee agree that Lessor may act in any matter provided for in this Lease by its President, Vice President or its Building Manager, and any notice to be given to Lessor as provided for in this Lease, shall be delivered in writing in person to its President, Vice President or its Building Manager or sent to its address as herein set forth or subsequently modified. Any notice to be given Lessee under the terms and provisions of this Lease shall be in writing and may be given in person to the chief official of Lessee located in the Leased Premises or sent to Lessee by mail at its principal office in the Building. 35.
