AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. A. LICENSEE and LICENSEE’s signators represent that the signators hold the positions set forth below their signatures and that the signators are authorized to execute this License Agreement on behalf of LICENSEE and to bind LICENSEE hereto. B. The Effective Date of this License Agreement shall be the date this License Agreement is executed by ANAHEIM. C. Upon the Effective Date of this License Agreement any prior Licenses or other Agreements by or between ANAHEIM and LICENSEE shall be superseded by this License Agreement and shall be null and void, except for the Indemnification and/or Insurance provisions, if any, of such License Agreements or Licenses, which shall survive.
