Common use of Authority of Representatives Clause in Contracts

Authority of Representatives. The Parties’ representatives designated above shall have authority to act for its respective principals in all technical matters relating to performance of this PPA and to attempt to resolve disputes or potential disputes. However, they, in their capacity as representatives, shall not have the authority to amend or modify any provision of this PPA.
