Common use of Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire Clause in Contracts

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 24.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Concessionaire shall continue to perform its obligations pertaining to delivery of Medical Services to patients under this Agreement and bear all the costs for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension and Operation and Maintenance of the Diagnostic centres.
