Common use of Authority to Delegate Clause in Contracts

Authority to Delegate. (a) The GM shall have the right to execute an Administrative Service Agreement, which has been approved by BPPUS and acknowledged by the Board, to facilitate his duties under this Agreement. (b) The GM shall have the right to engage, appoint, remove or dismiss consultants or advisors provided the remuneration for such parties is included in the Approved Budget.
