Common use of Authority to Enter into Contract Clause in Contracts

Authority to Enter into Contract. The undersigned person signing as an officer on behalf of the Operator, a party to this Contract, hereby warrants and represents that said person has actual authority to enter into this Contract on behalf of said Operator and to bind the same to this Contract, and, further, that said Operator has actual authority to enter into this Contract and that there are no restrictions or prohibitions contained in any article of incorporation or bylaws against entering into this Contract.
