Authority To Make Changes. The Client Sponsor and the Capgemini Executive may propose, accept and implement changes to technical aspects of any Work Order by signing amendments thereto setting forth such changes, provided such changes do not affect the fees or reimbursements agreed upon under any Work Order or materially change the Services. Any material change to the Services under any Work Order must be agreed to by the parties and set forth in writing in an addendum or change order to the relevant Work Order executed by the parties.
