Authority to Prescribe Maximum Connection Charges. If the Regulatory Office determines at any time that the Concessionaire is setting charges for connections that are inconsistent with the standards set out in Section 9.6(ii) above, the Regulatory Office, upon not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Concessionaire, shall have the authority to prescribe a schedule of maximum charges consistent with those standards.
