Common use of Authority Clause in Contracts

Authority. Provider represents that it is authorized to bind to the terms of this Agreement, including confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof contained therein, all related or associated institutions, individuals, employees or contractors who may have access to the Student Data and/or any portion thereof, or may own, lease or control equipment or facilities of any kind where the Student Data and portion thereof stored, maintained or used in any way.

Authority. Provider represents that it is authorized to bind to the terms of this Agreement, including confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof contained therein, all related or associated institutions, individuals, employees or contractors who may have access to the Student Data and/or any portion thereof, or may own, lease or control equipment or facilities of any kind where the Student Data and portion thereof stored, maintained or used in any way. Provider agrees that any purchaser of the Provider shall also be bound to the Agreement.

Authority. Authority. Provider represents that it is authorized to bind to the terms of this Agreement, including confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof contained therein, . Provider further represents that it will be responsible for the compliance with this Agreement by all related or associated institutions, individuals, employees or contractors who may have access to the Student Data and/or any portion thereof, or may own, lease or control equipment or facilities of any kind where the Student Data and portion thereof stored, maintained or used in any way. Provider agrees that any purchaser of the Provider shall also be bound to the Agreement.

Authority. Provider agrees that any purchaser of the Provider shall also be bound to the Agreement.

Provider agrees that any purchaser of the Provider shall also be bound to the Agreement.

Authority. Provider represents that it is authorized to bind to the terms of this Agreement, including confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof contained therein, all related or associated institutions, individuals, employees or contractors who may have access to the Student Data and/or any portion thereof, or may own, lease or control equipment or facilities shall be bound by requirements of any kind where the confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and portion thereof stored, maintained or used at least as strict as those contained in any waythis Agreement.

Provider represents that it is authorized to bind to agree and enter into the terms of this Agreement, including confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof contained therein, and that it shall be responsible for the compliance with the terms hereof by all related or associated institutions, individuals, employees or contractors other personnel who may have access to the Student Data and/or any portion thereof, or may own, lease or control equipment or facilities thereof pursuant to authorization from Provider Provider agrees to be responsible for the acts of any kind where omissions of its Subprocessors to the Student Data and portion thereof stored, maintained or used extent they result in any waya breach by Provider of its obligations hereunder.

The Provider agrees that any purchaser of the Provider shall also be bound to the Agreement.

Provider represents that it is authorized to bind to the terms of this Agreement, including confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof contained therein, will be responsible for ensuring that all related or associated institutions, individuals, employees or contractors who may have access to the Student Data and/or any portion thereof, or may own, lease or control equipment or facilities of any kind where the Student Data and portion thereof stored, maintained or used in any way, will follow data privacy practices and procedures consistent with this Agreement, including as it relates to the confidentiality and destruction of Student Data and any portion thereof.
