Common use of Authority’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Representative. The Authority hereby designates the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Housing Manager, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Contract (“Authority’s Representative”). Authority’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the Authority for all purposes under this Contract except for increasing the Total Contract Price. Contractor shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the Authority’s Representative or his or her designee.
