Common use of Authorization and Account Information Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Account Information. Customer represents and warrants that: (a) the information Customer provides in connection with Customer’s registration for the Services is accurate and complete; (b) Customer is duly authorized to do business in the country or countries where it operates; (c) the individual clicking “Accept” or otherwise accepting this Agreement and completing the registration for the Services is an authorized representative of Customer; and (d) Customer’s employees, officers, representatives and other agents accessing the Services are duly authorized to access the Services and to legally bind Customer to this Agreement and all transactions conducted under Customer’s account.
