Common use of Authorization and Account Information Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Account Information. Customer represents and warrants that: (a) the information Customer provides in connection with Customer’s registration for the Services is accurate and complete; (b) if Customer is registering for the Services as an individual, that Customer is at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and (c) if registering for the Services as an entity or organization, (i) Customer is duly authorized to do business in the country or countries and state and local jurisdictions where it operates, (ii) the individual accepting this Agreement and completing the registration for the Services meets the requirements of subsection (ii) above and is an authorized representative of Customer, and (iii) Customer’s employees, officers, representatives and other agents accessing the Services are duly authorized to access the Services and to legally bind Customer to this Agreement and all transactions conducted under Customer’s account.
