Common use of Authorization and Direction Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Direction. The Indenture Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to execute (i) that certain Acknowledgment Agreement, (ii) that certain PC Repurchase Agreement, (iii) that certain Pricing Side Letter (as defined in the PC Repurchase Agreement), (iv) that certain Series 2020-SPIADVF1 Indenture Supplement, dated as of the date hereof, (v) any other documents related to the issuance of the Series 2020-SPIADVF1 Notes.
